The Michael Forbes "Explosion" Band plays a unique style of rock music with rock sax and rock flute. The band specializes in classic rock, oldies, rhythm 'n blues, blues, and hits from the 80's, 90's and 2000's. Some venues include the Bull Pen, Hermosa Saloon, Marina City Club, King Harbor Yacht Club, as well as private parties, corporate gigs, and festivals. The band also does a tribute to Jethro Tull featuring Michael on flute, acoustic guitar and vocals.
